A kitchen table in Bishan

Since 2014

Ms Priya Nair left her MOE school to tutor six P5 pupils at her neighbour's table. Word spread through the void deck. Today we have six classrooms near Bishan MRT and fourteen teachers, and the table's rule still holds: eight children at most, every answer's working checked.

Who leads each subject

  • Ms Priya Nair, founder, Maths. Ex-MOE, 15 years.
  • Mr Daniel Ong, Science. B.Sc. (Hons), 11 years.
  • Ms Tan Hui Min, English. Ex-MOE, CELTA.
  • Mr Farid Rahman, Secondary Maths and A‑Maths.

Questions parents ask

FeesHow much does tuition at BrightPath cost?

From S$240 a month for P1 to P4, S$280 for P5 and P6, S$300 for Sec 1 and 2, and S$340 for Sec 3 and 4, for four weekly lessons. Fees include 9% GST, notes and practice papers. A second child gets 10% off, and there is no registration fee after a free trial.

Class sizeHow many students are in each class?

Eight at most, and the timetable shows how many seats are left in every class. Small groups let our teachers check each child's working, not just the final answer. Classes are grouped by level and pace, so a child who is catching up is never rushed beside one who is racing ahead.

Free trialIs the trial lesson really free?

Yes. The first lesson is free, with no deposit and no obligation. Your child joins a real class, does a friendly 20-minute check afterwards, and you get a one-page note on strengths and gaps within two days. We hold the seat for seven days while you decide.

WaitlistWhat if the class we want is full?

Join its waitlist from the timetable. When a seat opens, we message families in waitlist order. When four families wait for the same level and time, we open a new class of eight, usually within three weeks. Meanwhile your child can try another class at the same level for free.

SyllabusDo you follow the latest MOE syllabus?

Yes. Every worksheet is written in-house to the current MOE syllabus, including PSLE Achievement Level scoring and Full Subject-Based Banding. Our Sec 3 and Sec 4 classes prepare students for the Singapore-Cambridge Secondary Education Certificate, which replaces the O-Level from 2027.

Missed lessonsWhat happens if my child misses a lesson?

Book a free replacement in any class at the same level that week through our WhatsApp line. If no slot fits, your child gets the full lesson notes plus a 15-minute catch-up with the teacher before the next class. Missed lessons are not refunded, but they can always be made up.
