Estates on our log since July: Tengah, Bidadari, Queenstown, Punggol, Bukit Batok, Tampines North, Sengkang and Toa Payoh. Every job stood assembled in our dry-fit bay before it went home.

“They arrived at nine, the drilling stopped before five, and the quote matched the invoice to the dollar.”

Farah N., 4-room BTO, Tengah

“We saw our wardrobes standing in the workshop and asked for one shelf to move. It was done that afternoon.”

Materials, honestly

What sits inside a cabinet decides how long it lasts. This is what we use, what it costs, and when we would tell you to pay less.

Boards

  • Marine plywood, 18 mm

Our standard for every carcass. Waterproof glue between thin veneers, so it holds screws for decades and does not swell if a pipe weeps. Included in every price.

  • Particle board, E1 grade

Flat, stable and about 20% cheaper. Fine for dry wardrobes and shelves, but it swells at a wet edge and loosens if refitted. On request, never under a sink.

  • Solid wood: nyatoh, oak, teak

Beautiful and repairable, but it moves with Singapore's humidity. We use it for tops, frames and handles, not wide doors. Quoted per piece.

Finishes

  • Base price

    Laminate (HPL), 0.8 mm

Hard-wearing, wipe-clean and made in hundreds of colours and woodgrains. The right choice for most kitchens and every rental-minded flat.

  • About +30%

    Real wood veneer, 0.6 mm

A thin slice of real timber on plywood, lacquered in the workshop. Every door has its own grain, and scratches can be sanded out.

  • About +45%

    Spray paint, 2K polyurethane

Any colour, edges sprayed in one piece, a furniture look. Sprayed in our booth in three coats; chips can be touched up on site.

Hardware

  • Standard

    Soft-close hinges

35 mm cup hinges with a built-in damper, adjustable on three axes so doors stay level for years. Tested by the maker to 80,000 openings.

  • Standard

    Full-extension runners

Every drawer opens all the way and closes itself softly, rated for 30 kg, so the back of a deep pot drawer is reachable.

  • From S$85

    Lift-ups and pull-outs

Gas-strut lift-up doors, corner carousels, bin pull-outs and dish racks. Priced per piece, never bundled in.

How much does a custom kitchen cost?

A 10-foot kitchen run for a 4-room BTO costs from S$4,100 before GST with us: top and bottom cabinets in 18 mm marine plywood, laminate doors, soft-close hinges and runners, and a 20 mm quartz worktop. Everything is priced by the foot run, so a longer or shorter run moves the price line by line.

Marine plywood or particle board?

Choose marine plywood for kitchens, bathrooms and anything near water. It holds screws better and does not swell if a pipe leaks. Particle board is about 20% cheaper and fine for dry wardrobes and study shelves, and we will quote it if you ask. We never use it under a sink.

How long from measuring to fitting?

About four weeks. We measure your flat within a week of your call, send a 3D drawing with a foot-run quote within five working days, then build for about three weeks in Sungei Kadut. Fitting takes one day, or two days for a whole flat over 30 feet of run.

How can you fit a kitchen in one day?

Because it has already been assembled once. Every job is dry-fitted at full size in our workshop on a floor taped to your measurements, so doors are hung and drawers adjusted before delivery. On site we fix, level and seal, and all drilling is done by 5 pm, inside HDB hours for noisy work.

What does the warranty cover?

Five years on carcasses and hardware, two years on doors, laminate and finishes. If a hinge sags, a runner sticks or a board swells from normal use, we come back and fix it free. Damage from leaks left unreported, or from cabinets moved by someone else, is not covered.

Can I visit the workshop first?

Yes. Our workshop on Sungei Kadut Street 2 takes visitors on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm, by appointment. We show you boards, edges and hardware side by side, and whatever kitchen is standing in the dry-fit bay that week. There is parking in front of the shed.
