Questions buyers ask
COE, loans and trade-ins, answered plainly. Anything else, we reply on WhatsApp within the hour during opening times.
How much down payment do I need for a car in Singapore? It depends on the car's Open Market Value (OMV). If the OMV is S$20,000 or less, you can borrow up to 70% of the price, so the minimum down payment is 30%. Above S$20,000, the loan cap is 60% and the minimum down payment is 40%. Loan tenure is capped at seven years.
What does COE left mean, and why does it matter? Every car in Singapore needs a Certificate of Entitlement (COE), valid for ten years. COE left is the time remaining before you must renew it or deregister the car. Less COE left usually means a lower price but higher depreciation per year, so every card shows both side by side.
How is depreciation per year calculated? We take the selling price, subtract the estimated PARF and COE rebate you would get back at deregistration, then divide by the COE years remaining. The result is what the car costs you each year in value. It is the fairest way to compare cars with different ages, prices and COE balances.
How does your trade-in valuation work? Send your vehicle number, model, registration year and mileage, and we reply with an indicative price within 24 hours. A 30-minute inspection at our showroom confirms a written offer, valid for seven days. We settle any outstanding loan with your bank and handle the LTA ownership transfer for you.
Do your pre-owned cars come with a warranty? Yes. Every pre-owned car passes our 150-point inspection and comes with a 12-month engine and gearbox warranty at no extra cost. You can extend cover to 36 months when you buy. You also receive the full inspection report and the verified service history before you pay a deposit.
Can I test drive a car before committing? Yes. Book a 45-minute test drive of any car in stock, seven days a week, through the form, WhatsApp or a call. Bring your driving licence and we plan a route with expressway and town driving. No deposit is needed to test drive, and there is no pressure to decide on the day.
