Every month by the 14th: CPF contributions and SDLGST shown quarterly, in step with your financial year

        Why a calendar

A Pte Ltd owes IRAS, ACRA and the CPF Board about twenty dates a year. We keep one calendar for each client company and work it a month early.

Hands sorting orange receipts beside a pink calculator and a stack of invoices

Why "Quarterday"? Quarter days were the four days a year when English rents and accounts fell due. GST still runs in quarters, so we kept the name.

        What we file

Five kinds of work, one named accountant, and every date on your calendar.

        Books and GST

An accountant reading a supplier invoice at his laptop
        • Monthly books in Xero or QuickBooks
        • Bank feeds reconciled by the 14th
        • GST registration the month you cross S$1 million
        • GST F5 filed a week before each quarter's deadline
        • Books from S$180 a month

        • We answer IRAS queries for you
        • From S$650 a year

        Company secretary

A director signing a resolution with a fountain pen
        • A named company secretary, as the Companies Act requires

        Your month with us

The same three steps every month, so the year end is a formality and not a scramble.

        1. Gather 1st to 5th

Send receipts to our WhatsApp line or forward bills to your own inbox address. Bank feeds arrive by themselves.

        2. Reconcile 6th to 14th

We match every line and send one message with the few we can't place. Payroll and CPF go out by the 14th.

        3. Report By the 20th

One page: cash in the bank, profit so far, GST owed, and the next three dates on your calendar.

Filed early, not just on time

A page from our filing log: eight example client companies, their latest returns, and how many days before the deadline each went in.

A second accountant checks every return before it reaches IRAS or ACRA.

        From a client's letter

We were two years behind with ACRA when I first walked up those stairs.

I run a café in Joo Chiat with my sister. We registered the company during the circuit breaker, never held an AGM, and kept our receipts in a biscuit tin. Rachel did the catch-up in five weeks, filed both annual returns, and told us exactly what the late fees would be before we paid a cent.

Now I get one WhatsApp a month listing what's missing, and a note in October saying our Form C-S is already in. I stopped dreading the letterbox.

        Their catch-up, week by week

        1. Week 1Two years of bank statements in, biscuit tin emptied
        2. Week 3Books rebuilt for both financial years
        3. Week 4Accounts signed, AGM dispensed with by resolution
        4. Week 5Both annual returns filed with ACRA

        Questions founders ask

When is my company's Form C-S due?

Form C-S is due on 30 November every year, for the financial year that ended in the previous calendar year. A company with a 31 December 2025 year end files for Year of Assessment 2026 by 30 November 2026. Revenue up to S$5 million can use Form C-S, and up to S$200,000 can use Form C-S (Lite).

Does my company have to file ECI?

Yes, within three months of your financial year end, unless revenue is S$5 million or less and the estimated chargeable income is nil, in which case filing is waived. Filing on time also lets you pay the tax in instalments by GIRO. We check the waiver for you every year.

Must a private company hold an AGM?

Not always. A private company need not hold one if it sends its financial statements to every member within five months of the year end, or if members resolve to dispense with it. Otherwise the AGM is due within six months of the year end, and the annual return within seven.

When do I have to register for GST?

When taxable turnover passed S$1 million in the last calendar year, or you can show it will in the next twelve months. Under the forward test you have 30 days from the forecast to apply. Some firms register voluntarily earlier, and we tell you whether that actually helps yours.

What is XBRL, and does my company need it?

XBRL is the data format ACRA uses for financial statements filed with the annual return. A solvent exempt private company, with fewer than 20 shareholders and no corporate shareholder, does not have to file them. Most other companies file simplified or full XBRL, and we prepare it from your accounts.

Can you take over if we are behind on filings?

Yes. Catch-up work is about a third of what we take on. We rebuild the books from bank statements, file the late returns in date order, and tell you the penalties before anything is submitted. Most companies are fully current within six to eight weeks.
